In 2015, we introduced the ImpactLIFE Charitable Giving Program to assist Magnolia Springs employees who impact the lives of resident every day. Since its inception, this program and the financial gifts it has received have made a significant impact on employees who are so passionate and committed to serving others.
Today, this program continues to help some of our employees in their time of need as well as help some employees create financial savings to use toward education or home ownership. Our ImpactLIFE program also awards scholarships to those employees and their eligible spouses or dependents of up to $2,000 annually.
